Agreement

By using the website at styledbydasha.com or engaging the styling services of Styled by Dasha (a service of The Style Edit LLC), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Styled by Dasha provides virtual personal styling services, including personalized style analysis, curated shopping recommendations, outfit planning, and wardrobe capsule design. Services are delivered remotely via digital style guides.

Our services include:

• Virtual styling consultation (video call or intake-form-based)
• Personalized style analysis
• Curated shopping lists with specific product recommendations and links
• Outfit combinations and styling guides
• Budget-conscious alternatives when requested
• Closet audit and decluttering guidance (select packages)

Our services do not include:

• In-person shopping or try-ons
• Purchasing items on your behalf
• Guaranteeing product availability, fit, or quality
• Returns, exchanges, or refund assistance with retailers
• Alterations, tailoring, or clothing repairs
• Ongoing wardrobe management beyond the package scope
• Medical, psychological, or financial advice

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the style intake form
• Make your own purchasing decisions based on the recommendations provided
• Understand that styling recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of fit, quality, or satisfaction with purchased items
• Communicate promptly regarding scheduling and follow-up questions

Payment Terms

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the style guide is delivered
• Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, Zelle, cash

Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before appointment: Full deposit refund
• Within 48 hours: Deposit is forfeited
• Rescheduling: One reschedule permitted with at least 24 hours' notice
• No-shows: Charged the full service fee

Intellectual Property

All deliverables, including style guides, lookbooks, outfit plans, and curated shopping lists, are the intellectual property of The Style Edit LLC. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Styled by Dasha provides styling recommendations only. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions, product availability, fit, quality, returns, or exchanges with retailers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

We do not provide and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice. Any recommendations are based on the information you provide and our professional styling expertise.

Follow-Up Support

Each package includes 3 follow-up questions within 14 days of style guide delivery and minor revisions for 30 days. Support beyond this scope may require an additional package purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
